Neumann Equipment portable electric capstan winches have been specifically designed for contractors to haul various equipment. Each winch comes with a trolley to improve mobility, enabling the contractor to navigate narrow door openings and hallways. The portable winches are a simple, economical design, which incorporates hold-down bolt locations.

They are manufactured from high-quality components and will provide many years of dependable service.

All of our portable electric capstan winches designs are verified using Finite Element Analysis (FEA). As a result, they are Built Tough and Designed to Last!

Standard Inclusions:
- Maximum winch line pull of 1,250kg.
- High-quality gearbox.
- 2.2kW 240 volt 4p IP55 electric motor.
- 100mm diameter aluminium capstan.
- The built-in trolley allows ease of mobility.
- 6 winch mounting points.
- Footswitch to start winch operation.
- Overload protection.
- Emergency stop button.
- All winch steelwork (trolley) is grit blasted and primed with two-pack epoxy primer and finished with heavy-duty two-pack epoxy polyamine industrial coatings.

Available Options:
- Larger capstan diameter to increase line speed. Note: this decreases line pull.
- Dual capstan winch option available.
