Lim Huon Pine Pedestal Box

The Lim pedestal boxes are almost one-off individual pieces in that the timber chosen for each box is carefully selected for exceptional colour, grain and figuring with this box featuring highly figured bird's eye, Huon Pine. The overall design of the box is clean and uncluttered to showcase the timber itself with the only decorative motif being the discreet, scrolled, pedestal base. Each one of these hand-made boxes is an eye-catching showpiece that would stand out in any setting, home or office. The boxes are fitted with unobtrusive brass hinges and a suede-lined base.

The finish is a natural-based burnishing oil that requires minimal care - dust with a soft cloth and occasionally apply a good quality furniture oil.
