Unlike larger industrial turbines, which need winds of over 35 kilometres per hour (KPH) to function, smaller turbines, either designed individually or in the form of aesthetic New World designed and patented "Tree Leaves" capture energy from wind speeds of less than 8 KPH.
Australian AUS-E® fabricated "Wind Trees" capturing energy from wind turbines configured as aesthetic stylised "Tree Leaves" designed and patented by New World Wind have the potential capacity to meet half the average household’s annual energy needs; run a small, low-consumption office for 12 months; or charge an electric car for 15,000 kilometres each year; equivalent to expending 600 litres of fuel.
Our Wind Trees, located in urban public spaces, are also equipped to support a variety of add-on EVT Energy Modules from BBQ's', Device Charging Stations through to Water Chillers. and are also complimentary to our Rapid Charge "Off-Grid" Vehicle Recharging Stations.

Performance Evaluation.
