Watermelon and rosewater icy poles
Here’s a super quick and easy recipe that’s sure to be a favourite! Make these tasty watermelon and rosewater icy poles in a flash with locally grown fruit and just a splash of cranberry cordial for extra sweetness.
- Place ingredients into a food processor. Process until smooth. Pour into mould, leaving 5mm for expansion when freezing. Place lids on moulds. Freeze overnight.
- Remove icy poles from moulds. Serve.
