Method

Boil potatoes in salted water until tender (about 30mins), drain and let stand

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar or pickle juice, capers or chopped pickles, salt and pepper in a bowl from Put a lid on it

Add the cool potatoes into the dressing to coat

Sprinkle over the chopped dill and quartered hard boiled eggs and enjoy.
