Screw conveyor

Screw conveyors can be used to transport bulk materials horizontally and up an incline. Kotzur offers two main types of screw conveyor: U-Trough, and Tubular; which are described below. Both can be manufactured from a range of construction materials, with the most common being galvanised mild steel, painted mild steel, or stainless steel. We are able to customise the flighting to the requirements of your bulk material to ensure reliable flow. Through years of design and manufacturing experience, coupled with feedback from our valued clients, we have developed a suite of screw conveying options that not only delivers reliable performance, but are also intuitive to operate and easy to service. Like all Kotzur material handling equipment, blocked chute sensors are available to assist in monitoring your facility.
