Cyclones are an economical way of separating dust or other solids from an airstream. They are used in applications such as the outlet of our aspirator units, where the dust-laden air requires cleaning before it can be exhausted.
We offer a range of cyclone models, sized according to air flow rate and solids loading. Generally manufactured from mild steel and painted externally, we are also able to customise the material and finish to your requirements. These units can be engineered to normal or high efficiency separation performance, depending on your application requirements. A rotary valve can be included at the base of the unit to meter solid product out of the cyclone, and further enhance the overall performance.

2) Material – Mild steel construction with options of other materials to your specification.
3) Finish – High quality paint to last in Australian conditions. Other finishes are available at your request.
