Aspirator

Aspirators are used for cleaning the dust and husks out of grain. Typically used in preparation of stock feed rations to clean the grain prior to wetting, these units enable continuous grain flow through the system to reduce downtime. An aspirator is often position prior to a scalper in a grain cleaning system, and a cyclone is used to remove the dust from the air.
We have five aspirator models to choose from, ranging from 30 TPH to 150 TPH throughput capacity. These are manufactured from mild steel and painted externally, however we are also able to customize the material and finish to your requirements.
1. Our units offer adjustability for airflow, enabling you to maximise the level of dust removed, while ensuring no grain is lost to the dust collection bin.
