Petroline® Premium fuel transfer hose

Petroline is a high-quality layflat hose designed for use with fuel. It is manufactured by weaving a textile reinforcement of high-tensile polyester, then extruded with abrasion-resistant polyurethane. An anti-static wire runs along the full length of the
hose, which is earthed when connected to the coupling ends.

Various reel systems are available for ease of handling. Our technically-advanced weaving process gives the Petroline a high burst pressure, making it world’s best standard.
The safety factor used for fuel pumping is typically 4:1.

Proudly manufactured in Australia by Crusader Hose, Petroline is made to suit extreme fuel pumping applications. It can withstand temperatures ranging from - 40 °C to + 70 °C and the high tensile forces encountered during ship-to-shore debunkering.
Petroline is made in a large range of diameters from 40 mm to 203 mm and available in continuous lengths of up to 250 m.

Each roll of Petroline is fully tested at our factory prior to despatch and a test certificate is supplied. Couplings can be securely attached at our factory or on-site.
