Aussie Active Desks

Aussie Active Desks are standing desks for Primary and Secondary schools that can be adjusted from sitting to standing height in seconds. They are designed to help students move more during their learning time to promote engagement, learning and wellbeing. Aussie Active Desks provides good practice guidelines for helping schools get the most out of their Aussie Active Desks including how to introduce 'standing to learn' at different times of the day.

Aussie Active Desks include junior single and double desks for lower Primary students (approx Prep to Year 3) with a height range from 580mm to 880mm (with 6 height increments of 60mm), as well as senior single and double desks for middle and upper Primary and Secondary school students with a height range from 700mm to 1120mm. All single desks comfortably fit one student standing to work (as well as a laptop and exercise book), while all double desks can comfortably fit a small group of 3-5 students (or more).

Aussie Active Desks are owned and managed by a Queensland family who live on the Sunshine Coast. The owners also engage a Queensland manufacturing company which has been producing quality educational products for over 40 years and and are an approved supplier with Quality Assurance in Accordance with AS/NZS/ISO 9002. Aussie Active Desks are manufactured and tested to the AS/NZS 4610.1:2020 - Furniture - School and educational, Part 1: Tables - Strength, durability and stability.
