The AlphaFit Hip Thruster targets the glutes. The bench rest features an extra wide pad to accommodate the broadest athlete. The marine-grade covering repels sweat and the foam padding wraps generously around the edge of the bench to maximise comfort and eliminate pinching.
Made from 100% Australian steel, the AlphaFit Hip Thruster includes seven pre-welded band hooks for resistance training. The hole-grid base plate provides maximum grip and a solid base for banded deadlifts. Designed to be stood on end for storage, the AlphaFit Hip Thruster (or Posterior Resistance Developer) will not take up much room in your gym.
In addition to training the glutes, the Hip Thruster can also be used for work on the quads, hips and core to improve explosive power in Olympic lifting, jumping and sprinting. It can be used for glute thrusts, hip thrusts, banded deadlifts and split squats.
