The AlphaFit Core Lever Row is a sleek, commercial grade machine designed to build upper body strength and improve posture. A key point of difference in the AlphaFit design is it has a fixed pivot axis which makes it safer and easier to rack and un-rack the bar. To un-rack the bar, use the handles to pull the bar towards your chest and the catch arms will automatically disengage. To re-rack the bar with the foot-operated catch, simply push down on the foot pedal and maintain pressure as you pull the bar back into its stowed position.
Featuring sixteen pad height positions in 20mm increments, the oversized linear rods make it easy to adjust the height of the machine to better accommodate a variety of users. Similarly, the position of the handle trolley can be adjusted in increments of 25mm, with a total of 18 positions. The AlphaFit Core Lever Row also features three soft knurled handle grip options, wide, 45° and neutral, offering a range of grip options designed to optimise your position and comfort while targeting the entire back.
Two Polyurethane wheels are incorporated in the base allowing you to move the machine anywhere in your gym.
