The AlphaFit Core 45 Degree Back Extension is a sleek, multi-functional commercial grade bench designed to train your lower back, glutes, and hamstring muscles. A key point of difference in the AlphaFit design is the adjustable pads which can be set to 16 different positions in 20 mm increments. The oversized linear rods make it easier to adjust the height of the machine, simply push down on the pad and use the pull pin to adjust the height and lock it into position.

This back raise allows you to comfortably rest your pelvis and hips on the foam pads while also having a large footplate for further adjustment to your stance. The back raise comes with two AlphaFit Band Rail Pegs for added resistance and two Polyurethane wheels allowing you to easily move the bench anywhere in your gym.
