This set of Parallettes is sold as a pair and are available in three heights: 125mm, 275mm and 425 mm. Parallettes can be set up almost anywhere and take up very little room in your gym but will add a fun and challenging element to your training program.
Parallette work will complement your existing training program by helping you to develop strength, balance and coordination through isometric movements such as L-sits, V-sits, handstands, holds and more. Beginners can start with Parallettes push-ups or dips before progressing on to more challenging movements.
