Do you need to add or delete a licenced product?

All products that carry or are marketed using the logo must be registered with the Australian Made Campaign. If your product offering changes, you need to update your licence.

Products can be added and removed from your licence by logging into the Licensee Dashboard.

How to add new products

1. Once you’ve logged into your Licensee Dashboard, scroll down to the ‘Licensing’ section and click the ‘License a new product’ button. This will take you to the ‘Manage your products’ page.
   
   
2. Click the’ Add a product’ button on the ‘Manage your products’ page, and a new panel will open. Enter the details of your new product on this panel. Make sure you click the ‘Save product’ button once finished.
   
   If your new product is similar to one already listed, you can also clone a listed product. To do this, click the ‘Clone’ button next to the existing product. A new panel will open with the existing listed product’s details. Make any changes, such as the name, and click the ‘Save product’ button once finished.
   
   
3. The new products you’ve added will now appear in your account with a yellow background; this means they have not yet been approved to carry the Australian Made logo.
   
   
4. A member of Australian Made’s Compliance team may contact you about the new product, and you may be asked to provide more information about how the product is made or complete a product worksheet as part of the product review. You cannot apply the logo to new products until approved.

How to remove products

If a listed product no longer meets the compliance criteria, for example, if you move your manufacturing offshore, you must stop using the logo in relation to that product immediately and remove the product from your licence.

1. To do this, log into your Licensee Dashboard, scroll down to the ‘Licensing’ section, and click the ‘Edit an existing product’ button.
   
   
2. Once on the ‘Manage your products’ page, your list of licenced products will appear. You can delete a product by clicking the grey ‘X’ button in the relevant product box. A pop-up box will then ask you to confirm if you’d like to delete the selected product. Click the ‘OK’ button to confirm.

Any changes made to your products via your licensee account will appear on the Australian Made website the next day.
