Ever wondered how your favourite cafe makes that delicious bircher muesli you're so fond of? It's pretty easy actually! If you're trying to limit sugar intake, The Muesli's sugar-free muesli is a great base to start off with.

Preparation time

20 minutes (or 12 hours - your call)

Serves

1 (or multiply the amounts required by the number of people you're making brekkie for)

 

Ingredients

50g The Muesli

1-2 tblsp natural yoghurt

1/8 cup of milk

50g of fruit (suggestion: a small handful of frozen berries or grated apple)

 

Method

  • Combine The Muesli with the 1-2 tbsp natural yoghurt, splash of milk, and small handful of fruit
  • Stir and let sit for 15 minutes (or leave overnight if you like it really bircher’d up)
