Mini Pavlova Wreath

Decorative and delicious, this Mini Pavlova Wreath is the perfect snacking dessert for Aussie families this holiday season!


  • 10 ready-made mini meringues, or
  • 4 egg whites
  • 200g caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp white vinegar


  • 500ml cream, whipped
  • 125g raspberries
  • 250g strawberries
  • 125g blueberries
  • 2 mangos, sliced
  • 4 kiwifruit, sliced
  • 1 bunch of mint leaves
  • Icing sugar


How to make the mini meringues:

  1. Preheat oven to 150° C, and line 2 trays with baking paper
  2. Whisk egg whites in a large bowl on high speed until stiff peaks form
  3. Add vanilla essence and vinegar, and whisk again on slow speed
  4. Whisk on medium and gradually add caster sugar
  5. Once all the caster sugar is combined, whisk on high for 5 minutes
  6. Spoon 10 small mounds of meringue onto the trays, leaving space between each one
  7. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until crisp to the touch
  8. Turn the oven off and leave the meringues to rest for 3 hours. Then store meringues in an airtight container until ready to serve.

How to make the wreath:

  1. Arrange your mini meringues (ready-made or handmade) in a wreath shape on a large platter or board
  2. Top each meringue with a dollop of whipped cream
  3. Top each dollop of whipped cream with fruit, and also place fruit in between each of the meringues
  4. Place mint leaves around the wreath arrangement and in between fruit bunches
  5. Top with icing sugar and enjoy!
