Feta Eggs Wrap

- Fill the base of your Décor Microsafe Poaching Container with boiling water up to the fill line.
- Lightly spray each egg cup with oil, sprinkle feta and then crack an egg on top. Add boiling water to each cup up to the fill line.
- Cover with lid and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Rest for one minute.
- Using a strainer, drain the excess water.
- Top each wrap with the feta eggs alongside rocket, mashed avocado, chilli flakes and chives.
- Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
