Feta Eggs Wrap

Ingredients

  • Boiling Water
  • Spray Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Feta, crumbled
  • 4 small Wraps, warmed
  • 2 cups Rocket
  • ½ Avocado, mashed
  • ½ tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 2 tsp Chives, finely chopped

Method

  1. Fill the base of your Décor Microsafe Poaching Container with boiling water up to the fill line.
  2. Lightly spray each egg cup with oil, sprinkle feta and then crack an egg on top. Add boiling water to each cup up to the fill line.
  3. Cover with lid and microwave for 1 minute and 20 seconds. Rest for one minute.
  4. Using a strainer, drain the excess water.
  5. Top each wrap with the feta eggs alongside rocket, mashed avocado, chilli flakes and chives.
  6. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
