Easy to make and incredible to taste - grab some Aussie-grown produce and make yourself some Italian-style bruschetta!
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C
- Slice ciabatta bread into 3cm slices, drizzle olive oil on each side and place on baking sheet. Toast until golden (5-10 minutes) and turn halfway through.
- Finely chop the tomatoes and onion. Mix together in a bowl and combine with the olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar and a pinch of oregano.
- Top each slice of bread with a generous spoonful of the tomato and onion mixture. Top with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic glaze to serve.
