Method
- Cut up the banana so that it’s easy to blend. Get the kids involved safely by using a Kiddies Food Cutter!
- Add the milk, banana, honey, yoghurt, raspberries and egg to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and whisk in flour and coconut.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter in a lightly greased frypan on medium-high heat. Cook for 2 minutes, or until bubbles appear.
- Flip the pancake and cook for 1 more minute.
- Set the pancake aside to cool off on a plate.
- Repeat until you have used up all the batter.
- Serve with fresh berries and sliced bananas.
- Enjoy!
