Easy - Med - HardYo-Yo Biscuits

Ingredients
For the biscuits:

185g butter

1/3 cup icing sugar

1 1/2 cups plain flour

1/3 cup custard powder
For the filling:

1/2 cup icing sugar
-
2 tbs butter
-
2 tsp custard powder
-
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Method
- Cream butter and icing sugar, add sifted flour and custard powder. Mix well.
- Form into balls and place onto greased oven trays and press with a fork to form biscuits. Bake in a moderate oven for about 15 minutes.
- Cream ingredients together. Use as required for joining biscuits.
