Here’s an Aussie spin on a Brooklyn classic! Whether you’re cooking for friends or family – you’re guaranteed to have a bit of fun with this quick and easy pizza recipe. Give this VEGEMITE Pizza recipe - made with Australian Made and Grown ingredients - a go when cooking dinner tonight!

Preheat your oven to 250°C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Place the pizza bases onto the prepared tray and spread with VEGEMITE, leaving some gaps without the spread.
- Place the butter, garlic and parsley in a small bowl and mix well to combine. Dollop the garlic butter onto the gaps of the pizza base and use the back of a spoon to spread it out.
- Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with extra chopped parsley and serve immediately.
TIP: Garnish cooked pizza with thinly sliced prosciutto and rocket for a more gourmet version.
