Slow cooked beef stew
When winter hits there's nothing better than getting stuck into a delicious bowl of 12 hour slow cooked beef stew! Loaded with flavour, this delicious winter recipe has stacks of fresh, locally sourced Australian made and grown ingredients. Best of all it's easy to whip up!
Cut meat into 2.5cm cubes. Combine flour, salt and pepper.
Coat meat in seasoned flour.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and cook for 12 hours on low, or 4-6 hours on High.
- Stir before serving.
