Serves
Makes 2 large smoothies
Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
1 large apple (any variety) cored and chopped up
1 banana cut into small pieces
⅓ cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tbsp Vital greens powder
**It's best to use frozen fruit to make your smoothie cold. Freeze it overnight for best results otherwise throw some ice into the blender to cool it down.
Method
- Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend again.
- Serve and enjoy!
