Ingredients
FOR THE CHICKEN:
4 small chicken breasts
1/3 cup TAYLOR’S Honey Soy Marinade
2 teaspoons sesame seeds, lightly toasted, for sprinkling on cooked chicken
FOR THE SALAD:
½ cup TAYLOR’S Avocado & Garlic Salad Dressing
2 cups finely shredded red cabbage
2 cups finely shredded wombok
1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
50g snow peas, finely sliced
2 tablespoons mint, finely chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Method
- Place chicken breasts into a container and coat with TAYLOR’S Honey Soy Marinade.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 mins – 1 hour.
- Cook chicken breasts on a pre-heated barbecue plate or griddle for 5 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
- Sprinkle chicken with sesame seeds and place on a serving platter.
- Combine salad ingredients, dress with TAYLOR'S Avocado and Garlic Dressing and place in a serving bowl to accompany chicken.
