Easy - Med - HardGreen Smoothie
Want to join the green smoothie revolution? This fuit-and-veg-full recipe is the best thing to get you going in the morning.
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 large apple (any variety) cored and chopped up
- 1 banana cut into small pieces
- ⅓ cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
*It's best to use frozen fruit to make your smoothie cold. Freeze it overnight for best results otherwise throw some ice into the blender to cool it down.
Method
- Blend spinach and almond milk until smooth
- Add remaining ingredients, and blend again.
- Serve and enjoy!
