Easy - Med - HardGarlic Prawns
Perfect for all year round, and guaranteed to leave no leftovers! This quick and easy recipe is thanks to the tem at Ballantyne!
Ingredients
- 125g butter (we recommend using Ballantyne Spreadable Lighter with Avocado Oil)
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 - 3 tablespoons chopped parsley, plus extra to garnish
- 450g medium prawns, shells removed, with tails attached and de-veined
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Crusty bread to serve
Method
- Place the butter, dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic and parsley in a shallow pan and heat gently until the butter melts completely.
- Add the prawns to the mixture, tossing to coat. Cook gently, stirring, for about 5 minutes, until the prawns are pink and opaque.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.
- Serve with crusty bread.
