This mango and avocado salad is an easy go-to for a healthy dinner or the perfect addition to your family BBQ.
Method
- Slice the mango and avocado
- Layer the spinach, rocket, mango and avocado on a platter or in a bowl and add the walnuts
If you're adding the extras:
- Fry off the bacon pieces until crispy
- Add the cooked bacon pieces, parmesan and walnuts
- When ready to serve, add the dressing and combine well
- Enjoy!
