Easy - Med - HardZucchini & Parmesan Chips
We think we've found our new favourite side dish! These tasty little morsels are quick and easy and are great as salad toppers or snacks too.
Method
- If frying, put a skillet on the stovetop, pour in your oil and let it heat up. If baking, set the oven to 220 degrees Celcius and line a baking tray.
- Set up bowls for each ingredient, then dip your zucchini slices into the flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
- If frying, cook them in small batches, for about a minute on each side and transfer to paper towel to drain. If baking, cook them for around half an hour or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
