If you're making tapas, this recipe for octopus balls should be on your menu - they are oh-so-easy to prepare and are sure to excite!
Method
- Mince raw octopus with chilli, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper
- Shape into eight balls (to allow two per person) then roll in flour, then egg then breadcrumbs
- Deep fry at 180C until golden brown
