Easy - Med - HardPoppy and Cheese Biscuits
Looking for a tried and tested lunchbox snack? These cheese and poppy seed biscuits are sure to be a hit with the whole family. One is never enough!
Method
- Combine the butter and cheese in a mixer and cream together
- Then add flour and salt and mix until combined
- Roll out into a log
- Roll the log in the poppy seeds
- Place log onto a tray and cover
- Refrigerate for an hour or until firm
- Cut into approx 5 mm slices
- Place on baking paper lined trays
- Bake for about 15 mins at 150 degrees.
- Let cool and enjoy!
