If you're looking for a healthy alternative to the sweet treats you crave, try this raw, gluten-free, sugar-free rum ball recipe, with optional styvia and rum for those feeling like that little bit extra.
Method
- Place milk and butter (along with sugar if desired) into a saucepan and melt
- Mix in dry ingredients (along with rum if desired)
- Place the mixture in the freezer for 15 minutes to set
- Roll into walnut-sized balls, roll in desiccated coconut and place in mini cupcake foils.
