DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Directions for use: Adult Dosage: Take 2 to 3ml daily, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. As a mouthwash, the daily dosage may be diluted with a small amount of water and swished around the mouth before swallowing.
Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate
