Tecweigh Conveyor Belt Scales or Weightometers are available with either as Single Idler (Accuracy +-0.5%) or Dual Idler (Accuracy +-0.25%)
They use Hermetically sealed Bending Beam Load Cells, Rated IP66 against Ingress of Dust and Water.
The Belt Scale comes complete with Belt Speed Sensor , WP20 Weight Processor and Built In Calibration Weights.
Digital and Analogue Rate Outputs are standard, an Optional Ethernet/IP Modbus TCP Communications option is available to allow plant PC or PLC to access all parameters of the scale in real time for process optimisation.
