Team Spirit Sports

Owners Jeremy and Jarrod Lipscombe have owned and operated Team Spirit Sports since 2015. Before this, they worked in the business for several years under the previous owners and mentors who founded the business in 2007. Growing up in a family of 7 children, sport was a very important pastime for Jeremy and Jarrod. As they grew older, this developed into the love for sport which they have today. Through previous voluntary roles including Race Club Chairman, Rugby Club President, Secretary and Treasury, the boys deeply understand the issues sporting clubs are regularly faced with.

Since 2015, the Team Spirit workforce has grown from two staff members to 24 and counting. While working in the business it was clear sporting clubs were being let down by competitors through poor customer service, communication, and late order delivery. These areas have been a key focus for the business and contributing factors to the consistent growth experienced.

In 2019 Team Spirit’s new purpose-built head office and warehouse was completed, providing the business the resources to support their growing customer base. Whilst the original business solely supplied rugby apparel, now they offer an extensive range of apparel for most sporting codes. In addition to sportswear, Team Spirit also supplies school uniforms, school leaver and business uniforms.
