Formulated with exclusive resins this impregnating sealer penetrates even dense substrates such as marble, granite and porcelain and protects from moisture intrusion on both interior and exterior surfaces. It is extremely effective in preventing stains from oil and water based products, chewing gum and waxes. Sure Seal® 24/7 Plus unrivalled repellency also makes it an effective tool in preventing freeze thaw and efflorescence build-up. Sure Seal® 24/7 Plus was developed as an environmentally friendly, water based, silicone free product providing U.V. protection. It will preserve and not alter the natural look or finish of the surface being protected. The superior sealing properties promote easier clean-up since the foreign matter cannot penetrate and bond with the masonry surface.
The water-based Sure Seal® 24/7 Plus is a penetrating sealer with low odour, non toxic and environmentally friendly and may be chosen where environmental issues are a factor, or if it’s to be applied in confined areas or it may be better suited where protection is required for oil staining i.e. around BBQ areas.
