MCP Health is a Queensland owned and operated family business leading the local manufacture and supply of surgical face masks. The division was established in March 2020 to address the shortfall in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for front-line medical workers stemming from the Covid-19 pandemic. Operating from state of the art 4,500 square metre manufacturing facility in Berrinba, Queensland, we rapidly transitioned with the help of our dedicated team that already had deep expertise and technical skills across fabric and textile fabrication from our core business of sun protection and window furnishing products. Significant investment in new customised machinery that now totals 12 machines demonstrates our commitment to manufacture locally in Queensland to ensure the future continuity of supply of PPE and create local jobs.

MCP Health is proud to have manufactured over 20,000,000 surgical masks and be a major supplier to Queensland Health and other government departments as well as leading private hospitals and health care providers.
