The XL-1000-I is an incident detection and length-based classification system using in-pavement inductive loops.
19" rack-mountable, the vehicle detector is capable of monitoring up to 16 lanes of traffic using in-pavement sensors. It can be configured with 240VAC, 12VDC or 24VDC power supplies and supports options for UPS backup.
The XL-1000-I can be configured with up to 17 contact closure outputs for interfacing with PLC equipment.
The XL1000-I is also capable of classifying vehicles based on length according to the Austroads 4 bin scheme.
