“I’m tired of costly pipe penetrations when using star pickets” - This is what a builder friend told us. We saw this as an opportunity to come up with a better way to prop up form boards when constructing a reinforced concrete slab. After several designs and prototypes, we built a tool and the Formbolt was first manufactured in 2015.

Formbolt saves you time and money by eliminating 80% of the star pickets used when constructing a reinforced concrete slab. Simply hook the Formbolt onto the steel mesh wire, feed the bolt through pre-drilled holes in the form board, then tighten the nut on the outer side of the board. It’s fast, easy, and made in Melbourne.
