Directions for Use:

PROTECT: Leave the studio with your wrap on
Right after your tattoo is finished:

Keep the wrap on as applied by your artist.
Don’t touch the tattoo through the wrap (no picking, rubbing, or “checking it”).
If your wrap fully comes off , wash your tattoo with clean hands and re-wrap if you were given a wrap + sachet.

When to remove / wash (choose your timing)
You’ve got two correct options depending on your schedule:
Option A: Leave on overnight, sleep with the wrap on
Wash first thing the next morning (follow the removal + clean steps below).
Option B: Wash at night, then reapply a fresh wrap + sachet
If you prefer, wash the tattoo that night in the shower.
Reapply a fresh wrap if you’ve been given one.
Use the wrap sachet as directed

REMOVE THE WRAP (in the shower)
This is the cleanest + easiest way to do it.
Get in the shower and let lukewarm water run over the wrap for a minute.
Pull your wrap downward to remove it (don’t rip it upward/off like a band-aid).
If it’s stubborn, keep letting water run over it and continue slow and steady.
Goal: Gentle removal with minimal irritation.

CLEAN (every time you wash)
Wash your tattoo in the shower
Wash your hands first (before touching the tattoo).
Let lukewarm water rinse the tattoo.
Clean the area gently with our foam wash
Make sure all residue is rinsed away.
Keep it simple: clean water + gentle wash = best results.
Pat dry (don’t rub)

After your shower, pat dry with paper towel.
Use a fresh piece, no re-using damp towels.
Let it sit for a minute so it’s fully dry before applying anything.
Why paper towel? Cleaner, less lint, less bacteria than fabric towels.

HEAL (balm routine)
When to start balm
Start applying balm 2 days after getting the tattoo.
That means:
Day 0 = tattoo day, wash & protect
Day 1 = keep washing with foam wash, no balm yet
Day 2 = start balming
How to apply balm (the “pea-sized” method)

Wash hands.
Make sure tattoo is clean + dry.
Use a pea-sized amount
Warm it between clean fingertips.
Apply a thin, even layer across the tattoo
It should look lightly moisturised, not shiny, greasy, or “wet.”

How often
Twice a day (morning + night).
Continue as part of your long-term routine to keep the tattoo looking its best.

DO NOTs (critical)
Do not let it dry out
If it’s feeling tight, itchy, or flaky, your layer may be too thin/too infrequent, but still stay in the “thin layer” zone.
Do not over-balm your tattoo
Too much balm can trap moisture, clog the skin, and slow healing.
Do not clean your tattoo with dirty hands
Always wash hands first—every time.
