We use a selection of Australian timbers and Imported timbers that are Sustainable and organically grown with COC certification for you, our customers.

AUSAO: Comprising Australian NSW Ash and Australian Tasmanian Oak, these materials offer durability and a beautiful natural finish, perfect for crafting elegant and functional furniture pieces. Please Note - all AUSAO (Australian NSW Ash and Tasmanian Oak) collections at Creative Wooden Ideas will not manufactured from 31st March 2026. Due to State Governments closing all Native logging in Western Australia, Victoria and now NSW, there is a very limited volume of AUSAO left.
Lombardozzi, Bonadiesi and Ridlee will now be manufactured from Superior Oak in a beautiful Back Sawn grain. These will be hitting floors at Harvey Norman stores Australia wide from January 2026 through to May 2026.
Our Amazing CLYDE collection with Australian resin will still be manufactured from AUSAO, as we do have high featured quarter sawn timbers still available. Therefore a selection number of Harvey Norman stores Australia wide will have CLYDE resin still available.
This Gorgeous timber has always be organically collected in Australia, covered by COC (Chain of Custody) for us to create furniture that is SUSTAINABLE.

RRG: Australian River Redgum is renowned for its rich colour variations and unique grain patterns, making it a favoured choice for creating stunning statement furniture that stands out in any setting. Limited aged Australian timber Circa 1990 - 2007. From Murray river and flood plain regions. We also still have a RRG River Redgum available. This Australian limited age timber is gorgeous in culture, grain, texture and colour. Murray - available at Harvey Norman stores Australia wide.

This Gorgeous back sawn timber is organically collected and covered by COC (Chain of Custody) for us to create furniture that is SUSTAINABLE. The Indigenous of the region in North America at Lake Superior have collected and processed SUSTAINABLY for us to use.
