Designed in-house by our R&D team, We have done our best to address the requests of the CNC community to bring a truly awesome and robust CNC controller to the market.
The Nighthawk controller was originally designed to power our larger format Nighthawk CNC machines (launching soon) but we have made the power of the nighthawk available to everyone!
PLEASE NOTE: Our team can pre-configure the current and micro-stepping settings for you so its ready to plug in, straight out of the box. Please let us know the current of you motors in the notes at checkout!!

- Industrial folded steel enclosure with mounting flanges
- Connectivity via Wifi, Bluetooth or USB
- 4.5db External antenna for excellent communication range
- On-board SD card for storing your jobs to be run from anywhere
- 4 x 4.5A on-board drivers (genuine Toshiba TB6600 drives)
- Adjustable microstepping options: (1/1, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8, 1/16)
- Quick and easy pheonix connectors for easy termination of wiring
- Integrated heatsink and cooling fan for extended hours of use
- Supports voltage inputs of up to 40VDC (36V recommended)
- Easy control via our FREE CNC3D Commander software
- Built-in Web Portal allowing control from any device with a Wifi connection or web brower
- Over-engineered, every input and output has both an optoisolator and resistor/capcitor network
- Independent filtering on both DC positive and negative voltage inputs
- Easy plug and play 2 and 3 pin diode laser connections
- Easy connection for plasma torch control via controlled relay
- Quick and easy action buttons on top; Play, Pause and soft E-stop
- Supports up to 3-4 axes; XYZ, XYZA or XYYZA (with external driver)
