Boral is an Australian owned business supplying cement products to builders, tradies and renovators across the country. Our packaged cement range is made for everyday building jobs, backed by local manufacturing, long term experience and a supply chain built for Australian conditions.
Made by people who understand cement
Boral is one of the few companies in Australia that’s involved right through the cement process, from sourcing raw materials to producing and packaging finished products.
Our cement starts with locally sourced materials such as limestone, which are processed through Boral’s cement operations before being blended and packed into bags. Packaging is done at our Maldon Cement Works in New South Wales, where the focus is on consistency, quality control and getting product out to market reliably.
This hands on approach helps ensure the cement in every bag performs the way tradies expect on site.
A practical range for real jobs
The Boral packaged cement range covers general purpose and specialty cements, along with dry mix products designed for common construction and maintenance tasks. It’s a range built to support both trade and DIY work, including:
• General concreting and small slab pours
• Brick and block laying
• Rendering and plastering
• Fencing and post hole work
• Paving, landscaping and repairs
• Ongoing maintenance and renovation projects
All products are made to meet relevant Australian Standards and are designed to deliver dependable results when mixed and used correctly.
Built for Australian conditions
Boral’s cement products are developed and tested for the conditions builders face across Australia, from climate and curing conditions to local construction practices.
Because the cement is made and packed locally, Boral maintains close control over formulation and quality. That means better consistency from bag to bag and fewer surprises on site.
Supplied through trusted local stores
Boral packaged cement is sold through a wide network of building supply stores across Australia. Many of these resellers have stocked Boral cement products for decades, supplying everyone from professional trades to home renovators.
This established network helps ensure product availability across metro and regional areas, supported by local knowledge and service.
Part of a broader construction materials business
The packaged cement range sits alongside Boral’s wider construction materials offering, including concrete, asphalt and quarry products. This allows Boral to support customers across everything from small weekend jobs to large construction projects, using materials designed to work together.
