Established in 2012, Apto PPE designs and manufactures women’s and maternity hi-visibility workwear that’s engineered for safety and comfort. All garments comply to AS 4602.
Apto PPE’s goal is for women working in male dominated industries to have the same PPE options as their colleagues. We believe women deserve to be valued and to work in garments that are designed fit-for-purpose to be safe and comfortable.
Founded by Gaye Francis (BE MAICD FIEAust), a respected Engineering Due Diligence expert in Australia, the range is foremost about diligence and ensuring women are safe and protected as is reasonably practicable.
Apto PPE has made conscious decisions as a business. As such, we are a licensee with Australia Made, having chosen to conduct all design work, manufacturing and to source materials within Australia. We are proud to support local businesses who care about quality, fairness and deliver to Australian standards.
All Apto PPE garments are made with high quality materials and are designed and made to last. We are not ‘disposable’ fashion; we are sustainable, long-lasting safety workwear that you can wear for years to come. This means our range perfectly suits organisations providing bank arrangements of PPE gear for their employees.
With our local manufacturing, we work with organisations to supply our designs in different materials - weights and colours - without the need for excessive quantity runs.
