The AlphaFit Push Pull Sled accommodates traditional pull workouts as well as push training and drag conditioning. With a removable upright H handle, the Push Pull Sled can be pushed in either direction, and the handle can be changed quickly allowing you to perform shuttle runs without turning the Sled. The Sled has welded eyelets to attach ropes or grip accessories. The Push Pull Sled can also be used with the AlphaFit Harness. The base of all drag equipment will wear out over time, so one of the unique features of the AlphaFit Push Pull Sled is the sacrificial base. The sacrificial base allows you to easily unscrew and replace the base with minimal cost or fuss.
The Push Pull Sled offers a variety of training options all designed to improve your strength and conditioning. Load your sled up with a lot of weight to improve your endurance and to test your legs and core, or keep it light for speed work and explosive power. You can move your grip positioning higher or lower on the H handle or add accessories such as the Twin Side Grip to target specific muscle groups.
