Gym Equipment - Core Adjustable Preacher Curl

Preacher Curl's are a staple to any commercial training, and strength and conditioning centers. The Core Adjustable Preacher Curl Seated is excellent for strengthening and promoting development in the bicep muscles. It can be used for single-arm dumbbell curls, spider curls, plate curls, fixed bar preacher curls, and preacher hammer curl movements.

A key point of difference in the AlphaFit design is the adjustable arm pads which can be set to 3 different angles; 45, 62.5 or 80 degrees. The oversized linear rods make it easier to adjust the height of the machine to each of the 10 positions, simply push down on the pad and use the pull pin to adjust the height and lock it into position. Two Polyurethane wheels are also included, allowing you to move the bench anywhere in your gym.
