AerisGuard™ Epicoat rangehood cleaning is the world’s first coating specially designed for the management of commercial kitchen range hoods. Epicoat is quickly and simply sprayed onto the cleaned surfaces using airless spray equipment. Epicoat is formulated to ensure easy, clean coating. Upon the completion of application, cooking can commence, there is no need to wait for drying. At the next scheduled clean Epicoat is simply peeled from the coated surfaces in large, easily removed sheets, taking with it all deposited fats, oils and other debris.
The contamination coating is put into garbage bags for disposal as general waste. Epicoat is then reapplied to the clean surface.
