A consumer-focused marketing campaign is underway in Singapore to raise awareness of the Australian Made logo and Australian products.
The campaign titled ‘Honestly Australian’ was launched in November and will run until February 2021, with a focus on key shopping periods such as Christmas and Chinese New Year.
While the primary focus of the campaign is raising awareness of the Australian Made logo, it also provides an opportunity for licensees to build brand recognition through content redirection to a bespoke landing page where the 53 participating brands are featured.
The campaign has been designed to evoke a feeling of Australia and includes three main elements: social media advertising (Instagram, Facebook and YouTube), influencer engagement and content partnerships.
Each element has a call to action that directs consumers back to the landing page, where they can browse product categories (grocery, vitamin & health, beauty & skincare, fashion & accessories, home & entertainment, other Australian products), find participating brands and discover Australian Made products.
The campaign is also being complemented by geo-targeted advertising with eBay Australia that directs Singaporeans shopping on eBay Australia to the Australian Made store.
