Ingredients
100g raw Fremantle Octopus
1 red chilli (if you like it hot), finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup of parsley, finely chopped
2 eggs
1/2 cup of flour
1 cup of breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking oil for deep frying
Method
- Mince raw octopus with chilli, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper
- Shape into eight balls (to allow two per person) then roll in flour, then egg then breadcrumbs
- Deep fry at 180C until golden brown
