The Royal Agriculture Society (RAS) Foundation is seeking companies to donate non-perishable food items for inclusion in its popular Ag Bag showbag at the 2018 Sydney Royal Easter Show.
The donated product could be surplus stock or a new product you wish to promote. In 2017, the Ag Bag contained a popular mix of products including rice, biscuits, popcorn, muesli bars, jam, breakfast cereal, long life milk and tea to name a few items - all donated by local companies. The Ag Bag only accepts products produced in Australia.
Every cent raised by the Ag Bag goes directly to the RAS Foundation Community Futures Grant program. The grants encourage and champion rural leadership by providing each successful grant applicant up to $25,000 to fund a community project addressing a need or issue in their local community. Projects, that once complete, will result in enhanced social and economic outcomes for the wider community.
Participation in the 2018 Ag Bag is an opportunity for your brand to be a part of an amazing grass-roots initiative that supports Australian agriculture and produce and gives back to rural and regional communities.
Benefits of being part of the Ag Bag for 2018 include:
- Giving back to rural and regional communities
